12" x 45" roll of WebFLEX Matte HTV

 - Clear Polyester

- 4 Mil

- Matte Finish

- 12" x 45" roll

                                                   Application Instructions

Prior to application, preheat the garment for 10 seconds.

This flattens out wrinkles and eliminates moisture in the fabric.

Place the material into the cutter with the transfer carrier (shiny side) down.

Cut the logo, word or numbers in the reverse (mirror image).

Weed away excess material leaving the desired graphic on the carrier.

Position the weeded design on the garment with the carrier side up.

Place cover sheet or teflon sheet  over graphic.

Apply heat for 12-15 seconds using light pressure.

The press should be set at 330 degrees F.

Peel the carrier while warm.

WEbFLEX does not have an adhesive backing making it possible to stack designs after being weeded.

Webflex is a made in USA product

    better than expected

I have only used this one time, but I am already hooked! I used the recommended cut settings on my Silhouette; it cut and weeded beautifully! The non-sticky carrier sheet was odd, but worked fine. I love how thin (and not shiny) it looked once I applied it to the material!

    Best ever!

First time using Webflex and I was not disappointed! I love the feel and look once it’s applied and it worked perfectly with the heating directions provided! I used the normal vinyl setting and weeding was a breeze!

    Weeding is so easy!!

Posted by Kelsey G on Oct 26th 2017

My lord I LOVE how easy it is to weed and cut the WebFlex!!!!! It took me a few tries to find cut settings that worked (I believe it ended up being Blade 2, Speed 7, Thickness 11) without cutting through the film.
However the one thing I am having trouble with is the Heat Press settings. I tried what this website lists and it melted the vinyl! :( I ended up turning down the temp to 315 and that seemed to help for awhile but then it wasn't hot enough to even get the vinyl to stick to my shirts. Needless to say I'm still working on a bunch of shirts so we shall see!!

    SO hard to weed!!!!

Posted by Jeni on Sep 12th 2017

I knew from reading that the backing wasn't sticky on this, so I kind of knew what to expect, but I didn't know how hard it was going to be to weed! You can't see the design AT ALL!! I will never buy this again and I'm tempted to just throw out the remainder of the roll I bought that I haven't used.

    Super Fast Shipping! Great Product!

I was sceptic at first because I've always used Siser , but I am very pleased with the performance of this vinyl. The shipping was so fast, came before I was expecting it and it was packaged very nicely! Thank you!

I HAD high hopes for this product

    Posted by 2redline on Jun 11th 2017

I was hoping this would have proven to be the same if not better than Easyweed. I am really DISAPPOINTED, I HATE this product. I can not see the cuts and end up poking a hole in the design or because it is non-stick if I pull up a corner or part of a letter it will never lay back down. If it does not lay back down it can fold under during placement and be melted to the underside of the design. If a complete letter is accidentally removed you can not get the alignment right as you pretty much have to manually stick the letter to the material and keeping adjusting the main design hoping to get it right. Even when adjusting the temp, pressure, time etc according to what's listed removing the carrier sheet is a pain. Peel too soon after pressing and it pretty much rips it apart like melted cheese, wait 5-10 seconds and it will peel the vinyl back up as I fight to remove carrier sheet. I spent 3-4 times longer trying to figure out where to pull to weed them. The shirts are pretty much trash quality because the issues described above. I tried and got the same results weeks ago when I first received the product and waited and tried again hoping for better results when I could dedicate more time to testing it out. I will never buy this product again and will never use it on a client or personal item even to just use it up.
