Heat Transfer Vinyl on a Satin Cape!

I applied Siser Electric Heat Transfer vinyl (check it out HERE)

The best way to apply HTV in multiple layers 

• Press the first layer for only 2 seconds then remove the carrier sheet.
• The you can press the second layer for the full 15 seconds to ensure the HTV is adhered the the garment.
