Pick Up Policy


Pick up hours are 11am to 5pm Monday through Friday

10am to 2pm on Saturday

Sunday Closed. 

Here are the details. 

Place your order and choose "pick up in store" as your shipping option. 

 You must go through the whole check out process, it will ask you for your shipping address. 

 This determines if the "pick up in store" option will show up for you or not. 

 We only allow approved zip codes, this prevents the option from showing up for people too far away to pick up. 

If the option doesn't show up for you and you want to pick up. Please email and 

let us know the zip code that you would like us to add. 

 Once we receive your order we will pull the order and mark it as "awaiting pick up", you will receive an email letting you

know that the order is ready, the email will say its "awaiting pick up" 

PLEASE do not come to the store until you receive the email letting you know its "awaiting pickup"

 Once you receive the email letting you know we have you order ready, you can come in the front door of the store and one of us will give you your order.

 Please do not ask us to "run and grab something" for you because you forgot to order it. Place another order online and wait til its ready.

Unfortunately we cannot add in store loyalty points to online orders. Please understand that the online ordering system and the in store system do not "talk" to each other. They are separate accounts.
