Oracal Stencil Vinyl Rolls & Sheets - 810, 810s, 811, 813
Oramask was developed for stencil applications especially paint. It's perfect for wood signs and paint stencil applications.
We stock all 4 styles of Oramask - each offering characteristics for specific paint and surfaces.
- Oramask 810 - Translucently grey dyed stencil film / For all paint and spray techniques also on uneven surfaces / Polyacrylate, removable
- Oramask 810s - Translucently dark grey dyed stencil film / For all paint and spray techniques also on uneven surfaces / Solvent Polyacrylate, removable, with low final tack
- Oramask 811 - a solvent based adhesive for smooth, flat surfaces
- Oramask 813 - a water based adhesive for smooth, flat surfaces
Application Instructions
- Cut color side up (do not mirror)
- Weed material that you want the paint to pass through
- Apply transfer tape with squeegee with a smooth even pressure across the entire image.
- Flip over decal and remove the paper backing from the transfer tape and vinyl decal by pulling across the image.
- Make sure the surface you are applying the decal to is clean and dust free.
- Place decal on surface.
- Use squeegee with smooth even pressure across the decal to be sure all of the vinyl has adhered to the surface.
- Pull the transfer tape back across the image.(do not pull up) until the transfer tape is removed. Leaving just the vinyl on the surface.
- Paint sign
- Remove vinyl
