During our weekly LIVE video on Facebook, we show you have to put Vinyl on Balloons!

We did find that using the paper transfer tape a lot easier than the clear transfer tape. 

In the video we used Oracal 651 and Siser PSV. 

Sarah purchased the Balloons that she applied the vinyl to at the Dollar store.

I was certain that Sarah was going to pop a balloon while applying the vinyl BUT she made it look easy!
